Revised Vehicle Warranty Terms

Crown Motors has revised certain warranty terms for Toyota vehicles. The revised terms have become effective from 4 October 2022 and 22 April 2023.

According to the revised warranty terms, all car owners may carry out maintenance and repair services for your vehicle either through CML or a third party service provider.

In addition, we set out below a summarised comparison of the original and revised terms for your convenience. Please note that not all amendments made to warranty terms have been included below. Please review the complete revised warranty booklets applicable to your vehicle for full details.

Owner's obligations The vehicle must be serviced by Crown Motors Ltd (CML) during the period of warranty, at least every 10,000 km or every 6 months, whichever is earlier, in order for the warranty to be valid. The cost of repair of damage caused by any failure of the owner to perform proper maintenance promptly and in accordance with service instructions and maintenance schedule, including the specified service intervals.
Keep your car in top condition with proper service New car owners are entitled to 2 times FREE Maintenance Services upon presentation of this Warranty Card. These maintenance services shall be performed accordance to the items listed in the Maintenance Service Report – Free Service with labour charge waived, whereas the costs of engine oil, oil filters, windshield fluid, consumable parts, lubricants, waste disposal fee, fuel for road testing and necessary rectification job (if any) to be borne by the owner. New car owners are entitled to 2 times FREE Maintenance Services with CML upon presentation of this Warranty Card. These maintenance services shall be performed accordance to the items listed in the Maintenance Service Report – Free Service with labour charge waived, whereas the costs of engine oil, oil filters, windshield fluid, consumable parts, lubricants, waste disposal fee, fuel for road testing and necessary rectification job (if any) to be borne by the owner. Proper maintenance will ensure maximum performance, greater reliability, longer life and higher resale value for your Toyota. More importantly, having your Toyota being serviced by CML at least every 10,000 km or every 6 months (whichever comes first) will prevent the warranty from being voided.
